ISE (Industrial Safety Expertise) KAZAKHSTAN

ISE is an abbreviation of Industrial Safety Expertise, which refers to the evaluation procedure carried out by the Industrial Assessment Service after the completion of a building or facility. The evaluation result is prepared in one report, and the evaluation is a report confirming the safety evaluation items stipulated by Rostechnadzor according to No.116-ФЗ, 21.07.1997 “Industrial Safety in Hazardous Industrial Facilities”. This evaluation procedure, introduced in Russia to replace the existing RTN license, is currently one of the documents submitted when obtaining a GGTN license in Kazakhstan (expert conclusion). ISE is a necessary procedure in the stages of construction, extension, reconstruction, project deactivation, and disposal, from the design drawings and construction preparation stage of machinery, equipment, and facilities classified as hazardous industries. Major target industries include hazardous material transport facilities, petroleum, chemical, oil refineries, and power generation facilities.

ISE KAZAKHSTAN REVIEW PROCEDURE

ISE conducts the evaluation of the following items by experts registered as industry expert evaluation personnel.

The evaluator prepares a report (a.k.a. “Industrial Safety Expert’s Opinion”) after reviewing the entire document including the following items and on-site examination. If the results of the report are in accordance with the national safety technical standards and there are no abnormalities, then the Russian end user can proceed with the operation of related equipment, factories and facilities.
